AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pur- <br />suant to and under the authority of <br />the Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. PURPOSE <br />Per S701.10 (Fees) the purpose <br />of this Ordinance is to establish the <br />Permit Fees, service Charges, and <br />Other Fees that will be collected by <br />the City in year 2014. This is known <br />as the Schedule of Rates, Fees and <br />Charges. <br />SECTION 3. SCHEDULE <br />The permit fees and service <br />charges are hereby established for <br />the year 2014 and may be viewed <br />on -line or at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center <br />SECTION 4.
