ORDINANCE #03-32 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MIN- NESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC- TION 9.11 "PERFORMANCE STAN- DARDS' OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #03-32 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-32 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Subsection 9.14 (Solid Waste) to eliminate the 5 year term limit on con- ditional use permits and to also require conditional use permits for mixed solid waste and recycling transfer stations. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
