Proposed Long-Term (5 Year) Goals and Specific Performance Points <br />(Potential Objectives) to beAddressed in 2005-2006. <br /> <br />Goal No. 1: <br /> <br />Complete build-out of Ramsey Town Center's residential and <br />commercial components in a manner that generates tax revenues in <br />excess of debt service requirements for infrastructure. <br /> <br />Specific Performance Focus Points to be addressed during <br />2005-2006: <br /> <br />Goal No. 2: <br /> <br />(1) Fiscal forecast model. <br />(2) Master planning around Ramsey Town Center Tiers II and <br /> III. ' <br />(3) Create market-tolerable and incentive-based development <br /> strategies to leverage increased quality for residential <br /> neighbOrhood and commercial development. <br />(4) Ensure the availability of "state-of-the-art" <br /> telecommunications for all of the Ramsey Town Center, <br /> including Tiers II and III. <br /> <br />Create and protect an interconnected system of athletic areas, <br />parks, trails, and green spaces throughout the city, <br /> <br />Specific Performance Focus Points to be addressed during <br />2005-2006: <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br /> <br />Open space policies. <br />Recreational programs and facilities: <br />· Finish Elmci'est Park <br />· Lions Park building <br />· Exploring next community park <br />· Obtaining easements along Trott Brook (LCMR) <br />· Ensuring that ordinances and policies are in place to <br /> support achievement of this goal <br /> <br />Note: The participants directed that the "current action <br />steps" identified for this goat during the 2004 City <br />Leadership Workshop be incorporated into the performance <br />objectives that will be developed in support of the <br />attainment of this goal. <br /> <br />Goal No. 3: Implement a plan for urban growth in the city. <br /> <br />Specific Performance Focus Points to be addressed .during <br />2005-2006: <br /> <br />P29 <br /> <br /> <br />
