P31 <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Amending the Comprehensive Plan to include a <br />Transportation Section. <br />City development projects within the Ramsey Town <br />Center, <br /> <br />Goal No. 7: <br /> <br />Advocate with other agencies to develop a Regional Transportation <br />Plan to support the needs of the Ramsey community. <br /> <br />Specific Performance Focus Points to be addressed during <br />2005-2006: <br /> <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br /> <br />Achieying transportation improvements. <br />GREP <br />Adopt arterial road plan. <br />Work toward construction of a Mississippi River Bridge <br />Crossing. <br /> <br />Goal No. 8: <br /> <br />Create a Technology Plan to encompass the following: <br /> <br />Specific PerfOrmance Focus Points to be addressed during <br />2005-2006: <br /> <br />· City operations, especially public safety <br /> Community access to the technology network/resources <br />· Public-private partnerships to help fund implementation of the <br /> technology plan. <br /> <br />Goal No. 9: Complete the 2008 Comprehensive Plan update, which is a <br /> statutory requirement. <br /> <br />Note: The numbering of the goals above does not indicate any prioritization <br />among the goals. All nine goals,are considered to be of high-priority significance <br />to the city, <br /> <br />Basic Operating Principles <br /> <br />During the goal-setting discussions, participants occasionally will identify a <br />proposed goal, which upon further review represents a statement of principle or <br />practice to which the city is Committed in its continuous pursuit of excellence in <br />leadership and management.
