All nine goals,are considered to be of high-priority significance <br />to the city, <br /> <br />Basic Operating Principles <br /> <br />During the goal-setting discussions, participants occasionally will identify a <br />proposed goal, which upon further review represents a statement of principle or <br />practice to which the city is Committed in its continuous pursuit of excellence in <br />leadership and management. The following two Basic Operating Principles were <br />identified: <br /> <br />· Working cooperatively with the school districts to ensure the availability of <br /> required school facilities within the Ramsey community. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
