WHEREAS, the bid of Kuechle Underground, Inc. of Kimball, Minnesota, in the amount of $607,144.11 for the total bid for construction of said improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest responsible bidder and their bid shall be and hereby is accepted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. 2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed.
