Location. Minimum Size of Plantings. Planting TYpes. AcCeptable plantings shall be determined by the <br /> City planting schedule. The compliment of trees fulfilling the <br /> landscaping requirements shall not be less than 25% deciduous and <br /> not less than 25% coniferous. <br /> <br />4. Grading. Final slope grades shall not exceed 3.5:1 unless terracing <br /> of retaining walls are approved. Berming for parking lots and open <br /> space areas shall not exceed a slope of 3:1. <br /> <br />5. Required Ground Cover.: Lawns are required for all residential <br /> developments and shall be installed with sod, seed, natural ground <br /> cover, or native grasses and wild flowers in the R-1 Residential <br /> District within one (1) year of the date the certificate of occupancy <br /> for the principal building was issued.
