This unit is also equipped to function as a mobile <br />command post during emergency incidents. The vehicle will be 7 years old at the time of replacement. The Fire Department attempts to keep the Fire Chief vehicle on a 7-year replacement cycle <br />for the purpose of maintaining a reliable piece of equipment and limiting repair costs.
