Additionally, there will be continuing events where <br />many hundreds of out -of -Ramsey visitors will come to the city. The monument will function as a way -finding sign and also to remind visiitors that they are in Ramsey. <br />For The Draw, the monument would describe for the community the name of the park and amphitheater (a minor issue presently).
