The plan is to replace the police department's main copier before any major failure. <br />Justification <br />The age of the machine (in the scheduled replacement year) will be well past life expectancy. With the increased speed and capabilities of a new machine, the intent is to consolidate two copiers <br />and a fax machine into one new copier.
