ORDINANCE NO. 05-04 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA · <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING', <br />THE SALE OF CERTAIN C~TY OWNED,'., <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY. <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION t. PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance <br />to authorize the City to sell certain real~ <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary" <br />for the City's purposes. This ordinance~ <br />is adopted pursuant to and under ther <br />authority of Section 12.05 of the City! <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />The City Council hereby declares thel <br />following legally described real property. <br />owned by the City, as sur@lu~ property <br />and hereby authorize~ its sale. Said prgp-' <br />erty is legally described as follows: : <br /> Outlots B and C~ RAMSEY '[OWN <br /> CENTER ADDITION, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> AND <br /> That part of Outlot W, RAMSEY <br /> TOWN CENTER ADDITION, <br /> Anoka Coonty, Minnesota, that- <br /> lies within the following described <br /> property: <br /> The East 100.00 feet of the West. <br /> 160.00 feet of the North 1 74.00 <br /> feet of the South 217.00 feet of <br /> the Southwest Quarter of the <br /> Northeast Quarter, Section 28, <br /> Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3.
