ORDINANCE #19-05 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br />KNOWN AS ZONING AND SUBDIVISIONS OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II DIVISION 4 SECTION 117 (ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISIONS) OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENTS <br />The following section of City Code is added to Chapter 117. <br />Section 117-124. — Neighborhood Business District is added as follows: <br />(a) Intent. The intent of the Neighborhood Business District is to provide a commercial area for <br />office space, daycare uses and other similar uses, which are compatible with the neighboring <br />residential properties. <br />(b) Permitted uses. The following are permitted uses, subject to general requirements and <br />performance standards as specified by this chapter: <br />(1) Restaurants and cafes limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />(2) Administrative and business offices limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />(3) Personal and professional services limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />(4) Day care centers limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />(c) Conditional uses. <br />(1) Expansion or enlargement of lawful nonconforming uses. <br />(2) Animal Clinics limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />(3) Medical Clinics limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />(4) On -Sale Liquor limited to the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />(d) Accessory uses. <br />ORDINANCE #18-13 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />
