8. NOTICE <br />8.1 Notice is to be given in writing, directed to the City Administrator or to the Public Health & <br />Environmental Services Director, at the address stated above, and either sent by mail or delivered <br />in person. <br />8.2 When notice is served by mail, it is deemed received 3 days after mailing. <br />9.
