CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor Riley called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 6:06 p.m. <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />2.01: Review Pricing Strategy for Sale of Excess City -Owned Land <br />Community Development Director Gladhill stated that the purpose of tonight's discussion is to <br />review the pricing strategy for the sale of excess City -owned land. <br />3.
