Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-064 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR PARKSIDE VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a site plan and final plat for a <br />residential subdivision named Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is legally described as: <br />Lots 1 — 5, Block 2 <br />Lots 1 — 3, Block 3 <br />Lots 2 — 6, 5A and 6A, Block 4 <br />Outlot A, and C <br />Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Centra North, LLC (the "Applicant") has applied and received site plan <br />approval to build out the remaining townhomes under the name Parkside Village; and <br />WHEREAS, a contingency of said approval was to enter into a development agreement to <br />payment of applicable fees, and payment of applicable development fees. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br />1) The City Council of the City of Ramsey approves the development agreement for Parkside <br />Village. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
