CC Regular Session 4. 6. <br />Meeting Date: 03/12/2019 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #19-066 Accepting a Trail Easement Over Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 Lavern Estates (Project No. <br />17-137); Case of Joshua Peterson <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In September of 2017, the City approved the Final Plat for Lavern Estates at 7009 175th Ave (the "Subject <br />Property"). The Final Plat resulted in one (1) new buildable lot plus one lot with an existing home. A condition of <br />the Final Plat approval approval was providing a Trail Easement along the southern portion of the two lots in <br />accordance with the City's Master Trail Plan.
