The subject <br />property is generally located on Sunfish Lake Boulevard and 153Yd Lane NW. She explained a <br />home that was originally slated to remain after the development of Alpine Woods will now be <br />removed, thus allowing for the creation of two {additional lots. A revised Tree Plan has been <br />prepared for this portion of the Alpine Woods plat; a revised plan will be required to include a <br />· few additional trees on the site. Revised grading and utility plans have been submitted for this <br />portion of Alpine Woods, and are acceptable. SI~e advised there is one outstanding item in that <br />thc trail along Sunfish Lake Boulevard was not addressed on the original plan, and this will be <br />rcq u i re cl. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson indicated staff is requesting a trail along Sunfish Lake <br />Boulewtrd extending to Alpine Drive. Anything outside of the plat would be at the City's <br />expense at approximately $12 per lineal foot.: This is not included in the development <br />agreement, but staff has talked to the developer and it will be added. <br /> <br />Greg Pctcrson, representative of Oakwood Land Development, stated it is Oakwood Land <br />Developlnent's policy to fix any mistakes that have been made. They are in agreement with <br />including the trail. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked how the trail would be affected if Sunfish Lake Boulevard is widened. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson replied if CR 5 is widened and it affects the trail, the trail <br />reconstruction would be the responsibility of theCity.
