Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />HRA Executive Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Community DeveloPment Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br />Finance OfficerDiana Lund <br />Public Works DireCtor Dean Kapler <br />Assistm~t Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamcc called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:07 p.m. and called <br />upon two boy scouts of Troop 414 to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The boy <br />scouts explained they are here tonight because they are working on their citizenship in the <br />community badge. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested residents to obey the laws and regulations when snowmobiling and <br />respect other people's property. He explained snowmobiles are restricted from City property and <br />parks, and that the City is reviewing a new snowmobiling ordinance. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted the addition to Consent Agenda Item 7. <br /> <br />City Council/February 22, 2005 <br /> Page 3 ~f31 <br /> <br /> <br />
