Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the special meeting at 7:43 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br />Proposed amendment to comprehensive Plan and adoption of 4 in 40 Density <br />Zoning. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special meeting back to order at 8:20 p.m. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For site plan Review Of Waltek, Inc.; Case <br /> Belinski: <br /> <br />Of John <br /> <br />Mr. John Belinski was present representing Waltek, Inc. and explained the company's <br />immediate need to construct a 3,000 square foot building expansion. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the City Engineer's report dated November 16, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend <br />that City Council approvelWaltek,~r, nc,'s Site plan to construct an expansion to an existing <br />building and waive the need for a 12. foot rear yard setback variance on the existing <br />structure as a pre-existing condition.: <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen, <br />Shumway, Bawden and Deemer. VOting No: None.
