PLAI~ NING :AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> C~Y ~OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning .Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, <br />December 5, 1989 at the Ramse:y MUnicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Jack Miller's request for preliminary, plat approval of Rum <br />River Bluff Addition. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br /> Mr, Charles LaDue <br /> Mr, Terry Hen'~sen <br /> Mr. David Bawden: <br /> Mri Ben Deemer <br /> Mr. Michael: Terry <br /> <br /> community DeVelOpment Director Mark Banwart <br /> <br /> Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the Public heating to order at 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfelt - 15111 Juniper'IRidge Drive N.W. - Stated that according to the <br />properties notified list in the agendai there are some people that should have been notified <br />of the public hearing that Were not. <br /> <br />Vicki - 4760 153rd Avenue - Stated that Somebody from the City should visit the site that is <br />being proposed for park ~ea in Ram RiVer Bluff Addition. Vic 'ki stated that the bluff <br />consists of sand and erodes every riMe'it rains. <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfelt - Noted that all comments made by citizens in the rezoning public hearing <br />apply to the preliminary plat also.: <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer, Bawden and Terry, Voting.No: None.
