Motion by Councilmemb~. Pete~°~n~. ar~d~SeConded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve Robert McElhaney and Mark,Manfl~ei~'s request for a conditional use permit to operate a recreational vehicle sales 10t at 14250 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. and to amend the proposed permit as follows: ~ ; Item #1 - Should be amended to indicate that there shall be no more than 30 recreational v~hicles on the property at any one time and that no more than 5 items shall be other than a recreational vehicle. Item #6 - Should be amended to require the property to connect to sanitary seWer and municipal water within two years of those services become available to the subject property or to any adjacent property. Item #7 - This term for a 3 year time frame is deleted. Item #8; Should be added to indicate that per City Code, the merchandise diSPlayed in the .open sales lot shall have a minimum setback of 25 feei'from the front property line. Further Discussion: Mr, Hartley nOted .~that the conditional use permit must be issued to all parties, the property owner and the applicants. Motion carried. Voting Yes: MayorReimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich and Peterson. Voting Nol None. Case #2: Request For Site Plan Approval Of Waltek, Inc.: John Belinski was present representing Waltek, Inc. Mark Banwart stated that ~Waltek is reqUesting site plan approval for a 3,000 square foot expansion to an existing Pole-ffPe building with steel siding. Mark explained that the expansion is intended to; serve.an immediate need and Waltek is planning an expansion consisting of a masonry type construction in the very near future. As a result of discussions between City stai'f and !J0hn iBelinski and based on past City Council actions, it appears appropriate and ;consistent to defer the major site improvements that would be required in this site plan until the masonry building is consmacted. Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to approve the interim expansion of a pOle-type:building and the future expansion to a masonry type building at Waltek, Inc.: Site imprOvements for the interim expansion will include landscaping along Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. Site improvements consisting of repositioning and hardsufflacing the access onto Waltek property and curbing the parking lot will be deferred until conshmctiOn of the masonry type building. Further, that the building permit for the maSonry building will not be issued until the site plan development permit financial guarantees.we Put iri motion. Motion carried.
