VOting No'. iNone; - <br /> <br /> Case #17: Request FOr Site Plan .Amendment; Case Of Clayton Berg: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart recalled that earlier ;this Year, City Council approved Clayton Berg's site <br />plan for a two-story office, building at:t4140 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. At this time, Clayton <br />Berg is requesting a site plan amendment to delete the second story from the building plans. <br /> <br />Motion by CouncilmemberPeterson and Seconded by Councilmember Cich to authorize an <br />amendment to Clayton Berg's site plan; development permit and site requirements which <br />would reflect the change in .building size from two to one story. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: MaYor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No:' None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNC~IL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Regional Transit BOard <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann indicated that he .has received a letter from the Regional Transit Board <br />requesting that Ramsey aPPOint a Regional Transit Board liaison member. <br /> <br />No further action was taken. <br /> <br />b) Northern Mayors Meeting <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that the next meeting of the Northern Mayors is December 14, 1989 <br />and those interested in attending should' COntact David Hartley. <br /> <br />c) Letters From Youth <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that he received Well-written, thought out, letters from two Rarnsey <br />youth expressing concern for pollution,and recycling in Ramsey. <br /> <br />d) Snowmobiling <br /> <br />Councilmembers Pearson,and DeLUCa stated that they have received telephone calls <br />complaining about snowmobiling activity. <br /> <br /> CitY Council/November 28, 1989 <br /> Page. ,. !3~ of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
