Mr. Raatikka replied that' the Plans hnd specs will provide detail on fire hydrants. <br /> <br />Keith Keller - Stated that ~the feasibi!itylreport discusses a 2% grade down to the road and <br />inquired if the road level is going tO be lowered. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the plans are to drop the intersection about 2 feet. <br /> <br />Keith Keifer - Stated thal~ the project inClUdes curbing and skirting for some of the homes <br />and inquired if it isn't cUlSiomaD, to Provide skirting for all of the residents regardless of <br />whether they have asphalt,icementOrdirt driveways? <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka replied that it has heed the City's policy to put back whatever was taken out. <br /> <br />Keith Keller - Inquired as to what!is being planned as far as an access for homeov,,ners <br />during the construction period. : <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that th· details Of a¢ce{ss during construction have not been worked out <br />>,et but the residents would'be notified Of },hat plan. <br /> <br />Keith Keller - lnquired as to how long the road will be tom up. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the street will probably be disrupted for 2-3 weeks. <br /> <br />Glen Aufderhar - 6315 RiVlyn AVenue N.W. - Inquired as to the diameter of the cul-de- <br />sac. . <br /> <br />Mr. Ranrikka stated that theCul.,de-sacdiameter will be 60 feet. <br />Glen Aufderhar - Stated tkat from the Plans, it appears the cul-de-sac will come a few feet <br />from his garage; the cul-de,sac will have to be realigned to the south. <br /> <br />Mr. Raat' -flcka stated that the.cul-de-s~ic:alignment will be determined when the City surveys <br />for the final plans. : <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Coun¢ilmember Peterson'and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
