<br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL pLAT APPROVAL OF TOOTH ACRES
<br />ADDITION.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, James M. Martin and Patricia D. Martin, hereafter referred to as
<br />"Developer", has property applied! for plat approval on the following described property located in
<br />the City of Ramsey:

<br />A tract of land comprisin, g that part Of Lot 4, Auditors Subdivision Number 34, in the
<br />Southwest Quarter of theSoUtheast Quarter, and of the East Half of the Southwest One
<br />Quarter of Section 28, T~wnship 32 North, Range 25 West, and of Government Lots 1
<br />and Section 33, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, Anoka County, Minnesota,
<br />described as follows: Co ,m, mencing at the :point of intersection of the Southwesterly line of
<br />U.S. Highway #10 and a~ine drawn parallel with and 615 feet West, as measured at fight

<br />and recommended the Developer Proceed to!thepr¢liminary plat stage; and
