CONSIDER USE~ :~OF cOuNcIL CONTINGENCY FUNDS FOR <br />MANAGEMENT TEAM WORKSHOP <br /> By: Heidi A. Nelson, Asst. City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br /> In February, a Strategic Planning.Session was held with the City Council and the <br />Management Team. One of the recommendations from the Strategic Planning Session was a follow-up <br />workshop for members of the Management Team with facilitator, Carl Neu. Staff has solicited a <br />proposal from Mr. Neu for the worlc~hop to be:held on March 23rd and 24th, the cost for the workshop <br />including Mr. Neu's fee and site £orlthe work, shop will be $6,500.
