UPDATE ON REMOVAL OF HUMP ON TH47 <br />BY: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer II <br /> <br />PW CASE: 2 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Staff met with MN/Dot ataff On the afternoon of February 11-, 2005 and received an <br />update on the plans to modify the Profile ::of TH 47 south of 167th Avenue. <br /> <br /> Observation: ' <br /> <br />The raised area on TH 47 has been a concern for several years. The abrupt change in <br />grade can startle a driver 'that is .not Used to the road.
