ANOKA COUNTY <br /> tAtE Og MI t rSOTA <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-03 <br /> NOTICE OF, PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that: the City Council~0f the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing On Tuesday, <br />March 8, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey:FireStation, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider: Improvement Project #05-03 which consists of the <br />cracksealing/sealcoat of the following,streetsi <br /> <br />150th Lane from <br />150th Lane from <br />151 st Ave from <br />Waco St from <br />Xkimo St from <br />Yakima St from <br />Zuni St from' <br /> <br />Xkimo St to <br />Wa¢o St to <br />Zuni St to <br />150th Ave , to. <br />150th Ave' , to <br />150th ,Lane to <br />151;st Ave to <br /> <br /> a point 650 feet west of Yakima St <br /> a point 250 feet east <br />' Yakima St <br /> AlpineDrive <br /> AlpineDrive · <br /> AlpineDrive <br />AlpineDrive <br /> <br />Properties abutting the above streets :are proposed to be assessed one half of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Secti°ns 429.0i11 t° 429.11 and Chapter 4 of the RamseY City Code. The total <br />cost of the above describedlproject is estimated, to be $33,185.00. The 'cost of such improvement .to each <br />property is estimated to be $233.70. This cost Will be assessed over three (3),years at two (2) percent above the <br />1 O-year U.S. Treasury Rate. ~ <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed improvement project. The <br />City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with DiSabilities Act and upon advance request, information.will <br />be provided in an alternative form and:, interpreters'Win be available.
