Notice is hereby being <br />~ven that the Ramsay City C°~cil will me~t at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, ., 2005 at the <br />Ramsay Fire Station located at 15050 ~s~ong BoUlevard ~ to consider test~ony and pass <br />upon the proposed assessment for the abOve project. <br /> <br />The amount to be ~sessed aga~st y°u[ proPe~y (the property identification umber listed on <br />your mailing envelope) is $ ~s ;mount' represents yo~ share of half of the prQect <br />cost, since the remai~ng half is ~finanee! by-~e CiW t~ou~ generatproperty tax revenue. <br /> <br />This letter-will be the only notice you Will reeeive of the assessment unless the Ci~ Council <br />determines after the public ~earing t~at the correct assessment should be other than that <br />proposed. ~ such e~e, a le~er will be s~t by Friday, , 2005 advising you of the <br />actual assessment levied. <br /> <br />The proposed assessment roll is on fi.lg ~f0r public inspection. at city Hall. If you decide not to prePay the assessment by November 5th, 2005 the rate of interest that <br /> will apply is 6.0 percentper year, <br />C.
