MEMBER INPUT <br /> <br />Member Kiefer requested a case be added to an upcoming agenda concerning trails being added <br />in business parks as an amenity. EconomiCDevelOPment/TIF Specialist Sullivan explained trails <br />would not be eligible for TIF funds, but sidewalks could be eligible. He noted sidewalks would <br />be a very expensive project. <br /> <br />The consensus of the EDA was that the next EDAmeeting include a case with a <br />recommendation to come from the:EDA to present to the Park Commission regarding enhancing <br />and adding to trails within the business parks. <br /> <br />Member Elvig suggested any maintenaneeissues, such as roots growing through the trails, be <br />passed to the Public Works Committee, due to safety issues. <br /> <br />Economic Development/TIF Specialist Sullivan requested the EDA review the economic <br />development area on the City's website and-bring any suggestions for changes to the next EDA <br />meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Member Gromberg, seconded by Member LeToumeau, to adjoum the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members Gromberg, LeToumeau, Elvig, <br />Kiefer, Steffen, and Strommen. Voting No: None.
