PURPOSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this OrdinanCe to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City CounCil has d6termined !is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby de¢lar, es the?following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale.
