Councilmember introduced the folloWing resolution and moved for its adoption: : REsoLUTION #05-03- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE P~G PLAN FOR THE TOWN CENTER CORE AREA WITHIN THE C~ITY OFiRAMsEY. WHEREAS, Section for the Ramsey Town Center; and of Ramsey City Code requires submittal of Parking Plan WHEREAS, on February. 28, 20051 the City of Ramsey ("the City") and Ramsey Town Center LLC ( the "Develope~!) entered into: the Parking Improvement and Maintenance Agreement allocating Ongoing maintenance and Operation costs to certain parcels to assist in the City's operation and maintenance ofparkCg facilities located in the Ramsey Town Center and hereby incorporated as part of th~' resolution as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the area subject to the. parking Improvement and Maintenance Agreement is shown on Exhibit B; and WHEREAS, on February 28, 2005, the City and the Developer entered into the Agreement Regarding Submission of Parking Plan to City Council which states that the City will approve a Parking Plan on Marcli 8, 2005; and · WHEREAS, the Agreement RegarOing SUbmission of Parking Plan to City Council is hereby incorporated into this resolution as'Exhibit C; and' WHEREAS, the City has :receivedi'the aforementioned parking plan as required by the Agreement Regarding SUbmission~°f Parking Plan to City Council. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the City Council determines the following: I. That the City Councilherby apprOVeS the parking plan for a portion of the Ramsey Town Center:as attached to this resolution as Exhibit D.
