Minnesota Department of Health standards. The City acquired a little more than the 50 feet
when they first purchased the propertY b6¢ause ithey did not know exactly where the well would
be located.

Mayor Gamec stated he will not support proceeding with bonding for the Municipal Center until
the City receives a deed for the Municipal Center property.

Counci hnember Elvig concurred. He notedthere has been discussion by the EDA about moving
the old Town Hall near the well site.

Assistant Public Works Director Olson indicated the boundary of the land being conveyed to
RTC, LLC is 50 feet away from the well.

Mr. Feges stated he has the deeds ready and the title work is complete. It has been held up
because the boundary for the land mass at City Hall is different than what was originally
conveyed. In regards to the Town Hall, along with master planning in the core area, RTC, LLC
would likely master plan the area for the old ToWn Hall around the pump house.

Councilmember Elvig requested ~ that the Council receive more information regarding the well
site before adopting the ordinance.

Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded bY Councilmember Strommen, to introduce an
ordinance for sale of Outlots A, B, & C, Ramsey Town Center Addition.

Motion carried.
