Voting No: NOne. <br /> <br />Case #8: Request for Sketch Plan Review of Ramsey Town Center ,./th Addition Case <br /> of Ramsey Town center LLC <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development DirectOr/EDA Executive Director Frolik explained Ramsey <br />Town Center, LLC has submitted a sketch plan to develop 152 townhomes on 12.6 acres <br />contained in portions of Outlots U and B of Ramsey Town Center Addition. The proposed <br />development is located south of BunkerLake BOulevard, east and west of Rhinestone Street NW. <br />The subject property is currently zoned Town Center-4b Neighborhood District (TC-4b). The <br />TC-4b District allows for residential uses at a.net density of up to 15 units per acre. The sketch <br />plan shows a gross density of 12.6 units per acre. The sketch plan shows 152 townhomes. The <br />TC-4b zoning district has a minitnum 20-foOt front yard setback; all structures must be a <br />minimum of two stories, with a maximum of four stories. Detailed plans and architectural <br />elements and elevations of these units Will be 'provided as part of the preliminary site plan <br />approval process.
