He explained the improvements have a drop- <br />dead date for completion. The resolution Speeifies Brian Olson as the principal engineer. The <br />resolution directs the plans and specs to be prepared, contingent on the receipt and approval of <br />the Phase II Landscaping Plan. <br /> <br />Councihnember Elvig expressed concern with the drop-dead date in the agreement, as the clock <br />would be ticking while still waiting for landscaPing information. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied the dates are a long time out, but are required by state <br />requirements. Staff is confident the landscaping information will be resolved by that time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Resolution #05- <br />02-064 Ordering improvements, and preparation of plans, contingent on the receipt and approval <br />of the Phase II Landscape Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor GameC, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Cook, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen.
