Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-071 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERSTONE 3'd ADDITION AND ONE <br />YEAR EXTENSION FOR RIVERSTONE PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Riverstone Addition 2nd <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City has also received a request to extend by one year the previously approved <br />Preliminary Plat for Riverstone Addition, which includes up to 246 detached single-family homes and 98 attached <br />townhome units (293 total units); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the original Preliminary Plat with several contingencies on <br />June 13, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer provided a revised Preliminary Plat that addresses the June 13, 2017 <br />contingencies and widens multiple lots for a net reduction of total lots by two (2); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the revised Preliminary Plat on June 26, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 19, 2019 the Developer applied for Final Plat approval for the 3' addition of <br />the Riverstone Development; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Riverstone 3' Addition. <br />2. The Riverstone Preliminary Plat was previously approved by the City Council on June 26, 2018 and would <br />expire on June 26, 2019. The previously approved Riverstone Preliminary Plat is extend by one calendar <br />year from its previous expiration date of June 26, 2019 to June 26, 2020. <br />3. The Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for Riverstone 3' Addition. <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
