Mayor LeTourneau called the meeting to order at <br />5:50 p.m. City Administrator Ulrich and Mayor LeTourneau welcomed everyone and announced <br />that Mayor LeTourneau would facilitate the session this evening. He reviewed rules of <br />engagement. It was noted that each year the City Council and the City's leadership staff review <br />the City's strategic plan and make updates as necessary. Mayor LeTourneau played a short <br />leadership video called "Greatness" by David Marquet. <br />Review Agenda and Meeting Objectives. The agenda was noted and agreed upon. Upon request <br />by Mayor LeTourneau, all participants shared an example of their number one reason for choosing <br />the City of Ramsey. Each participant took turns briefly explaining why they first came to the City <br />of Ramsey. <br />Review Values, Vision, Mission, and Objectives Developed at the Previous Work Session. All <br />participants discussed and provided feedback regarding the strategic plan.
