CITY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION #19-061 <br />IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1033218 with the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Transportation•forthe following purposes: <br />To provide for payment by the State to the City for the acquisition of landscape materials to be placed adjacent to <br />Trunk Highway No. 47 from approximately 900 feet north of Nowthen Boulevard Northwest to approximately 180 <br />feet north of Barium Street Northwest under State Project No. 0206-969A (T.H. 47=110). <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the <br />(Title) <br />are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />certify that the above Resolution is an accurate copy of the Resolution adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Ramsey at an authorized meeting held on the day of <br />, 2019, as shown by the minutes of the meeting in my possession. <br />Subscribed and sworn to me this <br />day of , 2019 <br />Notary Public <br />My Commission Expires <br />(Signature) <br />(Type or Print Name) <br />(Title) <br />
