COMPATIBILITY WITH PLANS <br />Item <br />No. <br />Mitigation Description <br />2013 Update <br />2018 Update <br />27.1 <br />At this time, the Ramsey 2001 Comprehensive Plan, as <br />amended in 2002, fully addresses the development of the <br />COR site and adequately relates this development to the <br />various other agency plans with which it must comply. <br />However, any change in the project that would lead to <br />deviation in one or more of the plans must be corrected by a <br />plan amendment. <br />This measure has been followed <br />and will continue to apply. The <br />City adopted the 2030 <br />Comprehensive Plan update in <br />2010. The City approved a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />in 2012, which and approved by <br />the Metropolitan Council. The <br />City has also adopted a Zoning <br />Ordinance Amendment and COR <br />Design Framework (February 28, <br />2012, amended November 27, <br />2012) to implement the 2030 <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />(including the 2012 amendment) <br />and the revised development plan <br />for the AUAR area ("The COR"). <br />This measure has been followed <br />and will continue to apply. The <br />City plans to update its zoning <br />ordinance in 2019 to include the <br />Design Framework for the COR. <br />ITEM 28.
