Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-041 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COR AUAR UPDATE <br />WHEREAS, an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) was completed for <br />the Ramsey Town Center in 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, AUARs are valid for five (5) years; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey completed an update to the AUAR in 2013 and <br />said update will expire in July of 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, in April of 2018 the City Council authorized WSB & Associates to <br />complete an update to the AUAR; and <br />WHEREAS, an AUAR Update has now been completed for the project pursuant <br />to Minnesota Rules 4410, which identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and <br />mitigation measures associated with The COR; and <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR was updated pursuant to Minnesota Rule 4410.3610; and <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR Update was distributed for the required 10-day comment <br />period; and <br />WHEREAS, comments received on The COR AUAR Update have generated <br />information adequate to determine mitigation measures associated with the potential <br />development in this area; and <br />WHEREAS, the comments received and the City's responses to these comments <br />are included in the public record for the AUAR. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby adopts The COR AUAR Update dated <br />November, 2018 with revision date of January, 2019. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
