LLC, providing for the conveyance of Tract B of Tooth Acres Outlot B as shown on Registered <br />Land Survey No. 266 from the City to the LLC's. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Quit Claim Deed conveying Tract B, <br />Registered Land Survey No. 266, from the City of Ramsey to PSD, LLC, and authorizes <br />the Mayor and City Administrator to execute said Quit Claim Deed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26th day of February, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #19-063 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
