EXHIBIT A <br />A permanent nonexclusive easement for drainage and ponding purposes over under and across <br />TRACT C, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 266, Anoka County, Minnesota; together with the <br />reasonable right of access over said Tract C for the purpose of maintaining the drainage pond and <br />related facilities. <br />AND <br />A permanent easement for trail purposes, over, under and across the southeasterly 32.50 feet of <br />Tract C, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 266, Anoka County, Minnesota as measured at right <br />angles to the southeasterly line of said Tract C, together with the reasonable right of access over said <br />Tract C for the purpose of constructing and maintaining the trail. <br />
