Our property borders this property. We would be in favor of either agriculture use or or a horse farm,
but not a residential development. Thank you.
Sincerely -
Angie and Eric Trovik
17863 Potassium St NW
Hi Planning Department,
My family and I were unable to attend the workshop on the 3rd but do want to give our feedback. We
live at 5750 179th Lane NW which is directly across the road from this address. We moved to this
location because it is located In a more rural environment and would really like to maintain that. A
housing development is not attractive in our opinion as that would result In years of noisy construction
as well as greatly increase the amount of traffic on the two roads our property butts up to. We like the
idea of it staying for agricultural uses.
Thanks,
Ben Stoltz
We received your letter regarding the property located at 17209 St Francis Blvd, we personally think the
horse farm would be a wonderful option. we would like to see the land stay as is agricultural we don't
need any more developments in Ramsey!!
Sincerely,
Keith and Paige Koosman
6210 179th Lane NW
Ramsey,Mn 55303
JoAnn,
I also wanted to reach out to you to let you know Scott and Myself are in support of the Horse Therapy
Farm going in.
We received a letter, since we're neighbors and to let you know if we couldn't attend the meeting.
Our address is 5725 180th LN NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
Please feel free to include us as supportive neighbors in tonight's Public hearing 0
Let me know if you have any questions or if we need to do anything further.
Have a great day!
Lisa and Scott Monserud
