Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Woestehoff, <br />Anderson, Gengler, and Surma. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Onyambu. <br />Chairperson Bauer closed the public hearing closed at 7:11 p.m. <br />Commission Business <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Surma, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution 19-037 granting a Conditional Use Permit for Auto Sales at 8000 <br />Highway 10 NW contingent upon the updated site plan with modifications addressing the issues <br />raised in this case. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Surma, Anderson, <br />Gengler, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Onyambu. <br />
