AMENDMENT TO LISTING AGREEMENT <br />CBRE, INC. <br />BROKERAGE AND MANAGEMENT <br />LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER <br />June 7, 2018 <br />This is an Amendment to the Exclusive Sales Listing Agreement ("Listing") dated January 28, 2014, between the <br />CITY OF RAMSEY and the RAMSEY HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ("Owner") and CBRE, INC. <br />("Broker") for the real property described as: please see attached Exhibit A. <br />Owner and Broker hereby agree to amend the Listing as follows: <br />1. That the Listing Term be extended for another period commencing July 31, 2018 and ending midnight <br />July 30, 2019. <br />2.
