Case #2: Site Plan Review for Village Bank <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II Linton stated Village Bank received an interim use permit for a temporary <br />banking facility located north :of Riverdale Drive in the R/venwick Village Subdivision. They <br />received approval for their permanent site plan from the Planning Commission on February 3, <br />2005. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer Linton discussed the staff report with the Commission. <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns asked if staff talked to the developers of the plat regarding the fees.. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer Linton stated they did. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ostrum asked if it would be better to wait until this is platted before making a <br />motion for the fees because this may not happen for another year and the fees could go up. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer Linton stated the plat has been filed and they are building on the plat akeady. <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns asked if this was part of setting aside fifty percent to go towards northpark at <br />Town Center. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer Linton stated it was. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ostrum stated he would like to wait until the other plat is developed to collect the <br />fees on it because fees may go up if it is not built on.right away. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostmm, seconded by Commissioner Shryock, to notifY the builder that <br />the minimum of trail fees will be due and the fees may go up on the other parcel. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: 'Chairperson'Johns, Commissioners Ostmm, Shryock, LaMere, <br />Lehman, Ostrum and Pontius. Voting No: None.
