Council Update Heart Safe -Ramsey. Recently, two members of the community came across a resident who had suffered cardiac arrest and began administering CPR. When the Ramsey Police and Fire Departments arrived to the scene they continued CPR until Allina paramedics arrived. Due to their teamwork, the man regained a pulse and was treated at the hospital surviving this critical incident. The City is incredibly proud of the community and teamwork demonstrated by all involved 2019 Tree Care Advisor Core Course. Do you have an interest or passion for trees? If so, this just may be for you. The Tree Care Advisor Program is now accepting applications for the 2019 Core Course. Two courses will be held: the UMN St. Paul Campus and Central Minnesota (St. Cloud, Becker, Annandale, and Monticello). The course will occur both in -person and online and it has two tracks: Volunteer and Professional Development. All are welcome to apply.
