NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Jamie Axt read the results of the raffle and explained that the profits from 1he raflie will go <br />to purchase fire prevention aids. <br /> <br />Bob Litke will assist in training other individuals who will help with the presentation to be <br />given at Elementary Schools. <br /> <br />The consensus all members present was to sponsor a fire prevention poster contesl at Ramsey <br />Elementary School. Each grade will have a $50.00 savings bond as the prize. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Bruce Hoeke informed the Department that all turn out gear should be brought in and <br />hung in the Fire Station. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Wilson and Fire Chief Bruce Hoeke made a report on the inspections that were done <br />at Plants and Things, Custom Coach and Ramsey Athletic Club. <br /> <br />Chief Hoeke informed everyone that all payroll forms must be turned in at the end of September <br />for the third quarter. New forms will be used in the future for Fire Fighters responding to the <br />fire scene. These will allow traceability to whom was driving or riding within that vehicle. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Hoeke discussed the results of the 1990 Fire Department Budget meeting he had with <br />David Hadley. <br /> <br />There will be a fire drill held at Central Park at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The September 30th Ramsey Fall Fest Committee will determine what display the department <br />will present. Those Fire Fighters on the committee are Steve Wilson, Jim Sharp, Al LaTour, <br />Jamie Spence, Craig Friday, Jay Guimont and Jamie Axt. <br /> <br />The committee for the Fire Fighters ceremony consists of Stu OIstad, Steve Engh, and Steve <br />Wilson. The ceremony will not be on October 14th as previously scheduled. It will now be held <br />on October 28, 1989 <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. James Sharp and seconded by Mr. Tom Hoxter to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
