Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-069 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH <br />ANOKA COUNTY FOR SEPTIC SYSTEM PLAN REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City recently filled a vacancy in the City's Building Inspection Division; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City does not currently have Staff licensed to perform septic plan review <br />as required by Minnesota Statutes Chapter 7080; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Environmental Services has agreed to perform these activities <br />on behalf of the City until such time existing City Staff is able to obtain necessary licensing. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council approves the Memorandum of Understanding with Anoka <br />County. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
