Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-077 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF MARCH 6, 2019 THROUGH MARCH 20, 2019. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of March 6, 2019, through March 20, 2019, <br />in the amount of $941,262.62 and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />for the period March 6, 2019, through March 20, 2019, in the amount of $941,262.62. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kuzma, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
