WHEREAS, to further facilitate construction, Change Order 42 in the amount of $7,500 <br />allows for 150 linear feet of 27" storm sewer to be salvaged and installed at an agreed upon price <br />of $50 per linear foot. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby approves Change Orders 41 and 42 in the total amount of <br />$21,544.00 for Kuechle Underground, Inc. to facilitate construction of the Riverdale Drive <br />Trunk Utility Improvements, Improvement Project 418-14. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Councilmember Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passe, <br />this the 9th day of April, 2019. <br />LION #19-089 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
