Voting No: None. <br /> 7.02: Adopt Ordinance#19-02 Amending the R-1 and R-2 Sections of Chapter 117 of City <br /> Code to Allow 50 and 65-Foot-Wide Lots and Clarifying Existing Language <br /> City Planner McGuire Brigl reviewed the staff report and recommendation of the Planning <br /> Commission to adopt Ordinance#19-02. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Shryock, to waive the City <br /> Charter requirement to read the Ordinance aloud and Adopt Ordinance #19-02 Amending Article <br /> II Division 4 Section 117-89 (Districts) and 117-111 (R-1 Residential District). <br /> A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> Councilmember Musgrove aye <br /> Councilmember Shryock aye <br /> Councilmember Riley aye <br /> Councilmember Kuzma aye <br /> Councilmember Heinrich aye <br /> Mayor LeTourneau aye <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 7.03: Adopt Ordinance #19-04 Amending Official Zoning Map; Case of Harvest Estates <br /> 2"Addition <br /> City Planner McGuire Brigl reviewed the staff report and recommendation of the Planning <br /> Commission to adopt Ordinance #19-04. <br /> Councilmember Musgrove stated that initially there was feedback from the community and <br /> asked if additional input had been received. <br /> City Planner McGuire Brigl stated that staff spoke with the adjacent neighbor and additional <br /> landscaping has been added to provide the desired buffer. <br /> Councilmember Shryock stated that she was pleased to see the additional landscaping added to <br /> provide a buffer. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Musgrove, to waive the City <br /> Charter requirement to read the Ordinance aloud and Adopt Ordinance #19-04 Amending <br /> Section 117-90 "Map"of Chapter 117 of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Further discussion: Councilmember Kuzma stated that at one point, there was a discussion of <br /> putting a server farm on this location and there was overwhelming input from the community <br /> that they desired residential.
